Introductory Blog...

Its my first blog and I'm doing a happy dance! An undertaking that is long overdue. I'm taking the plunge and embracing the challenge to take on writing. I've put off writing because I gave so much power to fear, doubt and insecurity. I'm convicted even by admitting that because what that means is that I hold back value from the people I want to serve the most. I know there are loads and loads of blogs out there, my intention is to reach the people that will find that my content speaks directly to them and adds value to their lives. I'm looking forward to building an intimate community  I can get to know, nurture and grow with. Just to share a bit about what you can look forward to in my blogs, I love all things pregnancy, babies, wellness, birth, nutrition and passionate about helping new families have the best possible start and excited to create  content that is helpful for women and couples as they embark on the journey to creating new families. I'm an advocate for preconception prep, mindful conception, healthy pregnancies, helping families make the best informed choices for building their birth team and place and helping families thrive in postpartum.  More about me.
