Navigating through all the questions that come up with transitioning from pregnancy to mom requires loving support. I'm honored to serve families during postpartum because I believe that feeling supported goes a long way in setting the tone for new parents. I draw from my training as a postpartum doula, a health coach and from my experience from working with families over the last two and a half decades to provide support and relevant resources to help new moms and their growing families as they adjust to their new roles and find their own rhythm.

Nurturing Mom and New Family
- Helping New parents find their rhythm in the first few weeks of the postpartum period
- Nutritional support/Nourishing meals to help mama recover and heal from pregnancy and childbirth.
- Postpartum Abhyanga massage, Herbal Sitz Baths to support mama's recovery
- provide breastfeeding and feeding support
- An extra pair of caring hands for your baby to allow you to rest, shower and nurture yourself
- Light house keeping
- Referrals and resources for trusted local providers as needed
Help with Infant Care
- Demonstrate infant care techniques such as diapering, bathing and swaddling.
- Infant soothing and coping techniques for parents.
- Helping navigate sleep and rest for new family .
