A Woman trained to assist a pregnant woman and couple during pregnancy and childbirth with relevant resources/information, and emotional/physical comfort techniques. A doula stays with the mother continuously providing physical and emotional support.
I'm honored to have the privilege of helping mothers and couples feel prepared and confident in a calm and supported space so they can focus on the magical experience of birthing and welcoming their baby.
My services include:
The Essentials Doula Plus Package ( includes one postpartum planning session and 10 hrs of postpartum support to help with your transition, nourishing meals to support postpartum healing and breastfeeding.

- 3 prenatal visits to learn your needs for your birth, help you prep for labor and understand our expectations of working together
- Birth plan assistance and discussing relevant topics and procedures to help clarify your preferences
- Provide tools and techniques to manage contractions, find comfort and enhance your labor
- Access to my lending library of books and videos about pregnancy, birth and baby care, to support your learning
- Continuous physical, emotional, and informational support for you and your partner for the duration of labor and birth
- To help you and your partner hold and move towards the vision you create for the birth of your baby
- Phone and e-mail support to answer your questions and offer relevant recommendations
- Unlimited support from the time we agree to work together and on call for labor through immediate postpartum.
- One postpartum follow-up visit to celebrate you and your new baby, offer support and or resources as needed during the early postpartum period.
